You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket to Book Profits Accelerator LIVE! Please be sure you read and understand these terms and conditions prior to your purchase.
Due to the nature of the Book Profits Accelerator LIVE! event (The live training, The digital access, the “swag” packets we ship out etc.) We have a strict 48 hour refund period from the time you purchased your ticket. We are completely devoted to your success and understand that “Life can happen”. So, if for some reason you are not able to attend the event, you may request a credit for future programs in the amount you paid. (Less the product replacement fee, shipping and or delivery costs of any materials we have already shipped prior to the date you requested the refund.) Refund requests must be made in writing to support@infostack.io
You will be sent an enrollment agreement. Please read and sign that agreement within 48 hours of receipt. That Enrollment Agreement and Terms of Sale shall constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and Infostack.io and will supersede any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements or statements and may not be modified without the written agreement of Infostack.io.
I also understand that the above-mentioned Agreement constitutes a binding contract between the parties upon acceptance by Infostack.io.
Any cause of action brought by you against us or our Affiliates must be instituted within one month after the cause of action arises or be deemed forever waived and barred.
For every dispute regarding this Agreement: (i) the prevailing party is entitled to its costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney fees’ (whether incurred at trial, on appeal, or otherwise) incurred in resolving or settling the dispute, in addition to all other damages or awards to which the party may be entitled; (ii) each party consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the USA and agrees that those courts have personal jurisdiction over each party; (iii) venue will be in Colorado, USA; and (iv) the parties will submit the dispute to mandatory mediation held in Colorado or through an online mediation service agreed upon by all parties.
If the parties cannot agree on a mediator, then any party may apply at any time to the presiding judge of the Superior Court for the appointment of a mediator, and the judge’s selection is binding on all parties. The parties will share equally (50/50) in all costs of the mediation, including the mediator’s fees, but each party is solely responsible for its own attorneys’ and experts’ fees.
Every mediation will be completed within 4 months of the date when the initial notice demanding mediation was provided by any party. If, for any reason, the dispute is not resolved through mediation within the 4-month period, then the parties may continue seeking to resolve the dispute via any process, including litigation by trial.
In no event shall Infostack.io or its officers or employees be liable for any consequential, punitive or multiple damages of any kind.
Because of the live and interactive nature of the content delivered during the 3-day live event, we will not be providing recordings of the content.
We encourage you to be fully present for the duration of the 3 days to maximize your coaching, learning, and success.
Please note that live calls, webinars, posts and/or messages, or other audio or visual services may be recorded during the event and can be used in the future by Infostack.io for business and promotional materials or in conjunction with the sale of any products or services unless you specifically request otherwise. Infostack.io will not intentionally disclose, and will use its best efforts to prohibit the unintentional disclosure, to any third party of any confidential or proprietary information concerning the participants inventions, formulae, customers, suppliers, or any trade secret, unless the disclosure is expressly assented to in writing by the Participant.
This obligation will survive the termination of the aforementioned Agreement. All information furnished to Infostack.io by the participant will be considered confidential or proprietary information unless otherwise indicated by the Participant.
Assuming full payment, the participant will have lifetime access to all recordings and materials provided during the program. In the event Infostack.io discontinues the above-mentioned programs, participants will be given fair notice in order to have sufficient time to download any available content before the membership ends.
