How to Login / Create Your Password for the First Time

If you just purchased a Stack, you'll need to create a new password.

To create a new password, click the "Forgot Password" button below, or go here: https://infostack.io/login/?action=forgot_password

Once on the password reset page, enter your email address (what you used to purchase the stack) and click 'Request Password Reset'.

Next, head over to your email account and look for an email from "Cary Richards" regarding your password reset. In that email, you'll be prompted to click a link to set your NEW password.

Once this is complete, you'll be redirected to your Account area. From here, you can access all your Stacks (and all your downloads) by go to your "Subscriptions" tab:

Frequently Asked Questions

#1. HOW DO I ACCESS MY STACK AND DOWNLOADS?

Click “Subscriptions” in the menu bar above (next to “Home”).

(Or click here to be directed there immediately)

Once in Account>Subscriptions, you’ll see all the Stacks you have purchased. Just click the Stack you would like to access and it will redirect you to your Stack “Portal” area, where you can redeem your resources.

#2. HOW DO I REDEEM MY RESOURCES?

Once you’re inside the “Portal” area of your Stack, just scroll down the page and you’ll see a button next to each of your resources. Click that button and you will be taken to the resource to redeem it.

Please note: ebooks are downloadable directly to your device. Ecourses, software, apps, etc. typically require some sort of registration process. In some cases, a coupon code is required. In those cases, you will see the directions + the coupon code right next to the button to redeem the individual resource.

#3. HOW DO I ACCESS MY RECEIPT?

All of your customer billing is handled via ThriveCart. You can access your billing information (subscriptions, purchases, payments, etc.) by clicking here.
